This prestigious recognition follows the company’s participation in the annual Trust Index© workplace survey and its official certification by Great Place to Work® Hellas. The ranking is based exclusively on anonymous and confidential employee feedback, providing an authentic reflection of their workplace experience.
The "Best Workplaces™ for Women Hellas 2025" certification reaffirms MIBS Group’s strong commitment to fostering a modern, inclusive, and equitable work environment, where all employees enjoy equal opportunities for growth and are treated with respect, regardless of gender, position, or personal preferences.
As part of the survey, employees were asked to evaluate key aspects of their work environment, including fair treatment, equal pay, career advancement opportunities, and work-life balance. Notably, 100% of employees responded that they are treated fairly, regardless of gender, personal preferences, or hierarchical position within the company.
