Our experienced team in property management professionally and expertly handles after-sale management services for clients who have purchased or leased newly built apartments from the MIBS Group portfolio. We always ensure the ongoing maintenance and operation of the property in accordance with the highest standards.
Property Management
Interior design & furnishing: We undertake all procedures related to the purchase of home equipment and furniture, including processing orders and payments, handling receipts and installations.
Property maintenance & inspection: We thoroughly monitor the technical condition of the property, ensuring it remains in sound condition.
Connection and renewal of public utility services
Bills/taxes payments and mail collection: We handle insurance and tax matters such as filing tax returns, paying property tax, utility bills (electricity, water, phone, internet) and apartment building maintenance bills. We also handle notices of any changes to taxes and fees.
